This example from T-Mobile shows how Marketing Managers can really upset their target group with a not well thought out CRM action. Waiting for an iPhone is bad enough, but not taking people seriously and sending people a paper cut-out of the iPhone as a consolation might be funny at first when you come up with the idea, but is pretty insensitive and alienates people. Incredible this can still happen, and by the way no way to act as a brand.
