Southwest Airlines: Creating a different airline culture

Just spotted the “It’s on” viral by Southwest Airlines, slightly reminiscent of “Wassap”, and found this gem in the related videos. I love how Southwest has created a reputation of airline culture of more human character and makes it comes alive through their staffers. Turns out, there is a whole slew of videos shot by passangers documenting funny and entertaining flight attendants.
