Changing role of agencies

See the following presentation by David Armano, one of my favorite proponents of Experience Design, talk about the changing role of agencies. It’s a pretty good summary of what goes on in the evolving business of agencies and how lines get blurrier and blurrier as design agencies, advertising agencies and digital agencies explode the boundaries of their traditionally defined territories.

The statement that agencies have to become more like DaVinci, and less like Van Gogh is a great way to address the needed role change. Thanks for the expressive value, David!
